Google Analytics: the _ga and _ga_* cookies are placed as first-party cookies under the website\'s domain. The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for analytics activities and Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) for form security. Supabase Inc. and Resend Inc. are not direct cookie providers, but are part of the personal data processing infrastructure in relation to storing contact form data and delivering form notifications; these processing activities are further described in the KVKK Clarification Text.
Where third-party providers are located abroad, or personal data is processed via infrastructure located abroad, personal data may be transferred outside Turkey provided one of the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK is met and the necessary appropriate safeguards are established. The legal mechanism applicable to the cross-border transfer is determined according to the relevant service provider and the specific transfer relationship.
Should the service providers or technical infrastructure used change, the related data flows and cross-border transfer mechanisms shall be reassessed and this Policy updated as needed. Data processing activities carried out by third-party providers such as Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. within their own services are also subject to the relevant provider's own privacy and data protection terms.
